WORKSHOP FEES and ADMINISTRATION

Minimum Required Deposit

Payments, deposit or full, must be made prior to class start date in order to insure your space is reserved.  Should there be a remaining balance, this must be paid by credit card, check or money order prior to class or on the first day of class by cash or check only.  Credit card payments are not accepted on the first day of class or thereafter.

Review Fees

Gina Alzate and her Associates promote ongoing training by offering special discounts program. Students who have certified any level of Reiki and Karuna Reiki® training with Gina Alzate may review the desired course at special tuition fee.

Hosting Metaphysical Therapy Workshops

Should you desire to host any of our Hands-On Workshops, please contact Gina Alzate. This offer is only available within the Greater Philadelphia Area and outlying areas. On special events where Gina may be traveling to your site, she may be available to conduct customized training to your group.

As Host, you will be responsible for gathering a minimum of 10 course participants and their tuition fees, and secure a workshop site at your cost. This could be held at your home provided ample space is available for learning and movement. In return, you will be attending the workshop for free and will receive a beautiful host gift.

Cancellation Policy

If the workshop participant cancels any time before 30 days of the event, 100% of the tuition will be refunded minus a 20% processing fee. The student may choose to re-apply the full tuition towards an upcoming course offered by Holistic Online University.

If the workshop participant cancels within 30 days of the event, 50% of the tuition will be refunded minus a 20% processing fee. However, the student may choose to re-apply the full tuition towards an upcoming course offered within 30 days by Holistic Online University.

If the workshop participant cancels within 72 hours of the event, no refund will be issued. However, the student may re-apply the full tuition towards an upcoming course offered within 30 days by Holistic Online University.
