Description: The most important principle engaged in class practice and discussion is the existence of life force energy.  This course provides each student with the Reiki Level 1 attunement, a special process experienced within class to attain individual connectivity to the Reiki energy source.

The curriculum covered provides an introduction to:

· Reiki, a Japanese technique for stress reduction

· How Reiki works

· Different Uses of Reiki

· The History of Reiki

· A review of Japanese Reiki Techniques: Gasho Meditation, Byosen Scanning, Kenyoku, Koki-ho, Jachi-Kiri-Joka-ho,
Gyoshi-ho and Enkaku Chiryo

· A breathing and energizing meditation

· A guided relaxing meditation

· An energy flow exercise and practice for students to feel the energy in oneself

· Reiki hand positions to treat oneself and others

· Bio-energy balancing with the use of Reiki

· A demonstration on how to utilize Dr. Usui’s technique using the Three Pillars of Reiki in a Reiki session

· A demonstration on how to offer a complete Reiki session for self and others

· A demonstration on how to apply Byosen Scanning, the ability to sense one’s or other’s energies

· A demonstration on how to apply Beaming, the ability to send energy at a distance

· Class manual included

· A Certificate of Achievement is issued after course completion

Cancellation Policy:

If the workshop participant cancels any time before 30 days of the event, 100% of the tuition will be refunded minus a 20% processing fee. The student may choose to re-apply the full tuition towards an upcoming course offered by Holistic Online University.

If the workshop participant cancels within 30 days of the event, 50% of the tuition will be refunded minus a 20% processing fee. However, the student may choose to re-apply the full tuition towards an upcoming course offered within 30 days by Holistic Online University.

If the workshop participant cancels within 72 hours of the event, no refund will be issued. However, the student may re-apply the full tuition towards an upcoming course offered within 30 days by Holistic Online University.
